It's hard to get a really good gluten free pasta. Most I've tried taste grim. I love this so much that I've bought it loads of times & is the ONLY Gluten free pasta I will ever buy. Tastes just like regular pasta & holds its shape everytime

Very tasty!
Absolutely love these. Cook perfectly and excellent with my homemade sauces. My husband didn't guess that they were a substitute for pasta (he finds pasta bloating) and really enjoyed them, especially the lack of discomfort digesting them. Only small downside is that they don't chill as well as pasta and tended to dissolve more into the sauce the following day. But maybe adjusting the length of time I cooked them for - a little more al dente, may prevent this from happening. But overall very tasty and enjoyable food.

An excellent alternative to wheat pasta. Very similar taste and texture and in didn't find it rubbery as long as prepared according to package instructions.
