One of my favorite eyeliners! I've purchased this multiple times. Goes on smooth and the shade is subtle for everyday wear.

Pencils definitely give you a softer look and a good pencil seems to improve as the day goes on. I put a coating on the waterline of my lower lids and a regular line on the upper lids after my eyeshadow's on. I'll be 69 in a few months and although I'm very fortunate not to have many wrinkles, the skin is thinner and my eyes are more hooded than even a year ago. My 'trick' is to put primer on, then a light color (even some sparkle) on the eyelid. The on the crease I put a darker color but bring the darker color up higher than the crease. Next I put a coat of mascara followed by the eyeliner. To finish it off, another coat of mascara. If you have hooded eyes - try just one eye so you can compare the difference and you'll be shocked, Don't forget your eyebrows - use a gel brush or a pencil but use something. Love the color and the way it glides over eyelid. A bit challenging to sharpen smoothly when it wears down.

Eyeliner is exactly what was advertised. I love the sparkle black!! It outlines and brightens my eyes!! Well worth the money.

Stays on lasts long I like the color and that it’s not a lot of eyeshadow just wish it was more of a black then a grey/blue tint

I have tried so many eye pencils, and Rimmel is the creamiest, most easily applied eye pencil. It stays that way until the end of its use and best of all, it is a mere fraction of the price of all other pencils.
