An easy read with no real violence to speak of and a great revenge ending!It’s filled with smart and talented characters who love what they do.The descriptive writing is done so well that I can easily picture myself in their surroundings.I coul not put it down!

This book definitely kept me captivated, even though the plot and story were a bit predictable and far fetched. If you'd like an easy reading, page turner of a book, this is a good choice. I found myself ignoring my chores, not wanting to put the book down. I thought some of the circumstances and elements were too "conveniently" happenstance to be believable. Unfortunately, this affords the reader foreseen expectations of events to come and conclusions. I would happily recommend this book.

The book was a good, easy read. I felt that some of the characters were fully developed, while others were not. I also got a bit confused when the story switched from one family with one plot to another with a secondary plot; I believe the transition could have been more developed by connecting the plot and subplot in a less complex manner so that it would make more sense. I do understand that the author was trying to include twists in the story to keep it interesting, but by doing so interrupted the flow f the story. I also feel that the ending from the plot to the subplot was too abrupt and rather neatly swept together. I loved the characters and would definitely read other books by this author.

Quick delightful book. Enjoyed the interplay between the good characters and the evil. While I enjoyed the character displayed but it resolved a little too easy. Also children and foster parents were displayed as uncaring which I know is not true and all children are not innocent in real life.

This was such a quick read as I couldn't put it down! I believe this was the first time I read a book by this author. I'm looking forward to reading more of her publications.

It was just a great story, and it was told very well. I loved how different families were drawn together.

I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a book. I couldn’t put it down!!! It was uplifting, heart wrenching and such a roller coaster, the characters were so relatable, you loved them or hated them. The storyline was paced so perfectly and left me crying at the end it was so touching. Thank you for this gift.

Absolutely loved this book it was an amazing story. It creates so many feelings and emotions. You get invested with the characters and their situations. It also highlights a child's resilience to change and the heartbreak of a missing child felt by everyone involved. Incredibly well written I read it in two sessions and loved every minute.
