EW36 MOBILITY SCOOTER, FAST POWER ELECTRIC POWER SCOOTER EW36 - RED COLOR

Absolutely love it ! Because of injury my ability to walk is very limited and the scooter gave me back the ability to get around at parks, events, etc. I also love the fact it is not like one of the typical grocery store grandmas scooter, it looks great, it handles great, and when needed it will just down right fly, almost 25 MPH in right condition. Depending on the setting I choose it will just inch around in tight areas or as I said get up and fly. Great indoor, outdoor scooter & very comfortable.

This scooter was suppose to be for my husband to be able to get around outside. We received it in Sept 2021 and here it is Apr, weather getting nice and it won't run. Cannot get help from the service department. They said it was batteries. We bought new batteries and it still won't run. A $2300 scooter turned into $2500 plus with the new batteries. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Love it. The advertised speed was off by about 4 mph (slower). It was an awesome ride with beautiful weather for the first time in weeks. I went about 16 miles and only used less than 1/4 charge. Plenty of power the entire ride even with mild rises. Very comfortable, but the shocks could be better. I found myself yelling wahoooo! It was nice being able to just get out and go. It even kept my mp3 player and cell charge the entire time with the included charge plugin adapter. Great buy and highly recommend for all us disabled persons. The speedometer is supposed to be in MPH, but my experience and comments from others makes me believe it's in Kilometers Per Hour.

Was easy to set up. Looks good even though the paint at the edge of panels is not covering the part. I have only ridden it for about 10 minutes. First the speedo says 25mph while my GPS is at 12mph. That was max not the 15mph to 18 mph. I put it in revers several time and it went forward while the reverse beeper was working. Stopping on a very little slope it would not go until I let roll back. On the road didn't notice it had a suspension. I bumped into something and broke a plastic part. Cannot find a repair manual or part selection. ADDITION I have a problem with the throttle and tried to get help from the company. I was told: "That would be because you would have told them e work is under warranty. The service and labor is not covered under warranty. You would need to call back and let them know your paying for them to come out." SO IT APPEARS THE WARRANY IS NO GOOD.

Have had for 3 months and it is doing great. The power gauge never goes down much off full and tho have charged for 6 hours at a time the charger light never goes to green, not sure why. Customer service was excellent. Adding to previous review, just charged mine again for 8 hours and green lite came on.. Second time have seen green lite but with 8 hour charges.

A little scarey to ride at first, afraid it will tip over . It will take some getting used to. Seat belt is too short. Could not get them to send an extender! If I can get these problems fixed, I think I may like it better.

Started right off the skid!I'm very happy with the EW36.However the photo of the key fob in the owner's manual does not match the key fob that I received.
