Works good, both worked
I got this for my daughter she wanted her nose pierced for over a year but we need to get her an id where we live to get it done and covid has prevented that so when she told me they sell kits on Amazon I was like ok let’s do this. There are so many kits to choose from so I picked this one cause of the xtra nose rings that come with it. I had no issue doing hers but me I couldn’t pull off doing myself so I had to get my husband to do it for me. But hey this product does what it’s suppose to. Both guns came in good condition, both worked. These are not spring loaded you have to squeeze good to get it to work. There are two clicks you’ll hear when you use it.

Didn't work
I used this to pierce my nose and it did not go all the way through. I had to push it though which sucked. The stud that it pierces with is so long its really uncomfortable it touches the other side of my nose and its pointy that's what makes it uncomfortable. The plastic piece broke not sure if it was supposed to.

Easy and painless
Easy to use. I don’t have a high pain tolerances I had someone do it for me and was honestly painless. Would highly recommend.

So here’s what you do if it doesn’t go all the way through
So mine went through fine at first but I have a thick nose and an expressive personality that pushed my nose ring to the middle of my cartilage. As the nose heals faster from the inside, it healed over my nose ring and it didn’t go all the way through. There was no way I was gonna rip it out (cause of the arrow point) and go to the doctor (cause I’m cheap and need it healed before my honeymoon this summer), so I did extensive research. Turns out the answer is in the online product description, but I’m gonna add a few tips from my research too.1. Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel. Towels can harbor bacteria.2. Wash your face AVOIDING the piercing area.3. Soak your nose using a mug in a warm water and sea salt mixture for 5 minutes4. Use a cotton swab (or more) soaked in the salt solution to clean the inside and outside of your nose, getting all boogars, blood, and debris out of the way5. Put an oil (not tea tree. It can irritate it unless you have a keloid) on it to lubricate it. I used the sweet oil I use to clean my dry ears (olive oil with aloe).6. Take a deep breath, count to 3, and DECISIVELY push that sucker right back through. It hurts less the quicker and more decisive you are about it. I was chicken so I did it in intervals til it came through.7. Clean the inside again with the salt water and put more oil on it8. If through out the day, it goes back inside, wash your hands and push it through again, then do the same after you clean it for the night. It should stay by then. I’m infection free and ready for the 6-8 month healing process, after which, it’ll be way less painful to take out.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!
2 years later this is STILL STUCK IN MY NOSE!!! I went to a professional and they are unable to remove this!! I don’t know what to do!! The rhinestone even fell off so I’m stuck with a black hole on my nose! I literally want to cry; there’s absolutely no way to get this out. I did this during the beginning of covid due to no shops in my area doing any piercing that requires you to remove your mask. It wasn’t worth it. Please don’t do it.
