Really helped to have these with antibiotics when I had a super-nasty sinus infection. Wish the husband hadn't discovered them, so if I have the misfortune of getting another nasty sinus infection and put on ab's, I'll order another pack and hide them. Thanks

Horrible!!
Assuming that you do not have palpitations, do yourself a favor, go to your local pharmacy and get the non-PE version. Take one and your done. This does absolutely nothing for me and I followed the 4 hour regiment, for days. Still congestion, pressure and pain. Resorted to the previously used non-PE and all was good again.
