This is one of the best product that I found on amazon. I would not say that these are very comfortable to wear but is the best option to increase your height while wearing shoes. However, these would only work if you insert them in high ankle shoes otherwise they are of no use.

If you have boots or any high ankle shoes then you can buy them. They are good. They dont add a lot to your height but combined with boot heel or shoe heel, they create a satisfactory and comfortable height. And yes it increases your confidence.

Do not buy this product. It is very uncomfortable when inside the shoe as it does not fit. There is extra space on the side and keeps wiggling. After 30 to 45 mins, you legs start hurting.
