Feels great looks great but the light starts to lose color about half way down

Rgb lights do not work. Tried multiple outlets and not even a flicker

Heres the thing, in a dark setting it all looks evenly lit, but half of the pad is darker than the other half. This may not bother most people, but for whatever reason this bothered me. Plus the packaging that it came in was torn up and and looked opened. Only reason its getting three stars instead of two is because the mousepad quality is actually very nice.
