The best invention since sliced bread!
I was highly, highly skeptical when I came across this alternative sugar, but I was willing to give it a try. Am I so glad I did! Whenever I bake a cake now, I use this sugar and absolutely love it. It cuts down the calories by quite a bit. Unlike the many other sugar substitutes I had tried, KA alternative sugar is pure in taste, easy to use and does not mess up the recipe, as it measures 1:1. Absolutely awesome! The photo shows a Zucchini Lemon Bundt Cake that I baked yesterday. I even put this sugar on fruits to eat, however it does not draw as much juice as regular sugar. It is pricey and I order it from Amazon in bulk because of free shipping to AK, something KA does not offer. There is no going back to regular sugar when it comes to baking cakes! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Replaced real sugar in my cookies, and they tasted almost the same
I’m trying to limit my added sugar, so I used this in place of all the sugar in my oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. (I also replaced the regular chocolate chips with no sugar added ones). They were yummy! Even my sweet-toothed teenager liked them. I didn’t feel like I was eating a “diet” cookie. A few notes- this sugar replacement turns brown more quickly than real sugar, so I used the lower rack in the oven, baked at 15 degrees lower temp, and checked them more often. The cookies were a little flatter than they have been with real sugar, but not so flat that they looked bad.

Requires some regular sugar
I am trying to cut back on calories/sugar in foods, and find this works quite well as a white sugar substitute. However I have found that some sugar is necessary, as without baked goods will have a strange taste. If recipe calls for 1c of sugar, will use about 5oz of this and 2 ounces of regular sugar. Baked goods come out as sweet as expected and without an after taste.

BUY THIS
I used this in my Libby's pumpkin pie recipe. Granted, I use a little bit more of the other spices than it says to, but I'm not even sure I can tell the difference. And it came out the same consistency as it usually does.

My favorite artificial sweetener for coffee
For me, all other artificial sweeteners leave me with a funky or bitter aftertaste; this Erythritol sweetener does not, and it' absolutely delicious in coffee. I have also used it in tuna or chicken salad when I want a little sweetness. This has been a great product to cut sugar out of my diet, and helped me lose 50 lbs without giving up the joy of a great cup of coffee.

Palatable
This is a good sugar substitute. It has no weird taste associated with consuming this product. No weird chemicals.

Woo!
Barely enough content for one recipe. Haven’t used it yet, so I can’t remark about taste.

Best Sugar alternative we have found yet.
Both my husband and I have diabetes and have been looking for a a substitute for some time now that does not leave a alcohol flavor. Up to now we have been using the Truvia Baking blend but that has sugar in it. While the taste is good it needs extra baking soda and/or baking powder to rise. I found this King Arthur substitute a couple months ago and gave it a try today while my adult daughter was gone. She loves the Starbucks Lemon pound cake alternative I have made. She could smell it when she came home and took a big piece before we could tell her what I had used. She loves it as do my husband and I. The pound cake rose like it had all the sugar. I did use the Truvia powdered sugar for the icing but will try the King Arthur next time to see if I can get it smooth enough. All it all this King Arthur sweetener is our go to sugar substitute from here on out.
