My family and I purchased this tube about a year ago, and we can't get enough of it. The fabric is extremely durable, and has even faced the perrils of 4 150ish pound teenagers at a time going 40 over jumps. This has never had a problem on neither our 16' fishing boat, or on a whaler that we use with our friends. It is very large and you do need quite a bit of strength to stay on going fast, but In my opinion I think that is all the fun of tubing while getting massie air over wakes.I will note it does not perform as fast as a smaller tube would on the 16' fishing boat, but it only has a 25hp motor so that was expected. On the larger 18-20' whaler 75hp it performed phenomanoly. It was amazing for air and the handles make it very easy to hold on to. If you look in the picture in the middle of the tube above the large black strip are two black handles, which we've found to be very useful. When if your an experienced tuber you may know often you slip when you turning over wakes at 40 knots. I find that it's fun to stand on it while riding and I can't say enough good things about it. From the other tubes I've used this one exceeds all of them by far because it was engineered for pure tubing enjoyment. I will also mention on smaller boats I would hesitate buying this because you can't have 3 people on it, only 1 if you want to go at any enjoyable speed, however I didn't find that it sank more that usual with one rider which I was pleased to find. If you ever have the problem of falling off the tube, I wouldn't have to worry, because when I last used it I was 5'7" 145 and I could jump and flop all over it all I wanted because its size is massize. Amazing tube, please buy this fantastic, durable, behemoth tube.

Better than most tubes, this one is slightly slanted it’s perfect for tubing! My son is 6’3 and 260lb and it pulls him perfectly:)

We replaced a very old O'brien tube with this for use on the bay in NJ with a 22' outboard. Kids range in age from 7 y.o. girls, to my son who's 11 and a wild one. The tube is easy to climb up on Comfortable, and stable. It can submarine when starting but after that happens once you learn to stay back on the start. It is stable and tracks well at low speeds and you can have a very comfortable easy controlled ride for the little ones at slower speeds. However you can also get this bouncing and flying at higher speeds, and my son loved it! The padding is great to protect knees & knuckles. It could use an extra set of handles towards the middle. BE AWARE, the middle position is the safe one and the easiest to ride in. The people on the outside are more likely to fly off. The end spots also do better by sharing one middle grips with the middle rider. This positions everyone more forward and centered. Anyway, you'll be happy with this tube for kids and all. Not the best for real little ones or kids who want it totaly crazy, but this is a great tube to satisfy a family with multiple age kids who all desire different levels of excitement.

Size is great, but the very first time we put the tube in the water/first tow, the strap to connect the tow rope ripped off of the tube. This is not our first time pulling a tube, nor is it the first tube we have owned. It is however the first time we have ever had something like this happen and some of our tubes we have had for years. Very disappointing and unsure that we will ever buy an AirHead product again. Will be returning.

This is the second one I've bought. Be careful with the big kids. This is rated for 300 pounds, but you may not want to let your 285 pound friend take it behind your powerful speed boat. It can rip.But for standard size kids, this is great, and they have a lot of fun. You'll definitely want some sort of pump to blow it up, though. it takes a lot of air. It holds air really well, though.

We mostly tow a ten and 14 year old on this, but have had a third person (even an average sized adult) in the middle with no problem. Three adults would be a stretch, though we've never tried that. With three kids it's really just the perfect size.We've messed around with other tubes, but this one is the best. The kids even like to use it as an island when we chill out and anchor up. This tube is nice for anything from a slow ride all the way up to "hold on for dear life." It gets some nice air when you want to push it a bit, but will coast over the water and wake when you want to keep everything in control. You've got to really botch a turn into a wake to submarine this wedge design, which is really nice too.It has a quick attachment point (a must for a tube, in my opinion), and there is a zippered section on the side away from the valve hole of the tube that helps you adjust the airbag if it gets twisted a bit out of placement. We use a portable air pump that plugs into our boat outlet to fill up with ease, and the valve system holds the air in very well, and it's easy to deflate too at the end of the day.It is hardly showing any wear, though we are careful to keep it stored dry and out of the sun in between uses.This is a great tube, and the "Super Slice" has become synonymous with summertime boat fun in our house! I highly recommend

Perfect for our 18 foot boat - not too big to carry around in the boat but so much fun for the family. We have used it all summer and usually have 2 people - child and adult - and no issues at all. You need to buy a rope with pulls on each end - without the handle - but other than that we have nothing but good things to say. All tubes can sink in the front if you stay at the front when the boat slows down. This is not been an issue at all - when we stop or slow down just scoot back a little. Mine love it when it does that though! Pops right back out of the water but not an issue pulling at all!
