Yum. I use this product for salad dressing and marinades all the time. I love it! Arrived quickly, in good shape. And it lasts forever! Deep umami taste that's rich and pleasing.

Good mix of flavors
It doesn’t come refrigerated which might concern some people. Well, miso is fermented, so it’s fine. Also, some things just need to be refrigerated after opening and this miso has a very good seal on it.I used it for miso soup, but also for chicken katsu. It adds a nice flavor! You just spread it on the raw chicken.I’m more of a fan of white miso, but this mixes the two and it’s wonderful.

Not sure how much value my review is here - this is the first miso paste I have ever bought, so nothing to compare it with. First use mixed with chicken brother was very flavorful.

I’ve always enjoyed a good cup of miso at my favorite Asian restaurants. And after purchasing an instant variety pack of the product, I found myself getting deeper into my miso addiction. II’ve always enjoyed a good cup of miso at my favorite Asian restaurants. And after purchasing a instant variety pack of the product, I found myself getting deeper into my miso addiction. I purchased this product along with extra additions of the Wakame Varieties and now enjoy a cup of miso, or a miso glaze on my pork or chicken flavoring in my soups. Stirfries are better for the addition of the miso paste. Awesome flavor, boost, and whatever I use it for I’ve already purchased additional units to be sure, I don’t run out.
