Cozyide MYERCHIN Sailing Knife Combo Tool Marlin Spike P300RD

This is a great quality tool and the prize is my sons sail youth sail box. It is probably passed around his sail team multiple times while rigging and de-rigging every practice/regatta. We had one before which was stolen and it was the first thing we replaced. The knife is very good -doesn’t cut the Vectran line as clean as we would like, but well enough (serrated for cutting bigger things). The Marlin Spike is solid and top of class. The pliers are fantastic when salt water gets into parts that have infrequent adjustments and needs a little push. Highly, highly recommend.

I have had several sailing, or rope, knives, and this is the best by far. I do wish the blade was not serated, but the locking marlspike and pliers more that make up for that

All my other sailing knifes I had, I had to open up the unit to get to the pliers, usually it takes two hands. This one, pull the unit out of the sheath and the pliers are ready to use.This unit is a little longer and heavier than other knife/pliers I had. Wish it was shorter.Other wish is a full length straight blade instead of a 3/4 sarated blade. Or a 3/4 striaght 1/4 sarated blade.

As a yacht delivery captain, this is the only knife I carry. We actually I carry 3 on a job. One for day clothing, one on my foulies and a spare.

This is a great quality knife and marlinspike combo.. Sturdy and well balanced!!
