I bought this ghee over a week ago and I am genuinely impressed with it. Most ghees I have tried (whether organic or otherwise) have a pungent smell especially when heated but this one has a smell and tastes exactly like what I would have hoped from an organic A2 ghee. The packaging was also perfect, bottle came intact, no spills, and the box packaging felt premium. Definitely something one can subscribe refill to or gift someone. Honestly, it ticks every box for me. Total 10/10

I had been using readily available ghee for years, and for the most part, save for some subtle differences, it's not worth the effort to sweat for a specific brand. This though, this is very, Very different. In every way. First, texture. At room temperature, this is a little soupier than more common ghee which is mostly butter-like in texture. I don't mean that to sound critical. I actually find that to be a plus. There is creaminess within that soupiness. Taste? This is what I was most interested in. This stuff is unbelievable! There is a sweetness to it. A richness. A2A2 cows from a place that has more than a passing reverence for cows, is it any wonder? This came to me via DHL from India. I was apprised of customs issues when it arrived and when it arrived, it was clear that it had been,... thoroughly inspected. Number Nine tore the box open and haphazardly replaced the missing corner of the box with DHL tape, but I am happy to report that despite apparent rough handling, the jar was packed so well, it arrived undamaged. It took quite a while to get here, so I'll plan on that when it's time to get another. I was a little nervous about the higher price, but this is one of those times where you get what you pay for. I will be ordering more of this.

I am big lover of Ghee and I have tasted real good ghee in India. I always wanted to go for the best quality ghee. But I'm very much disappointed with the quality of this Organic Grade Fed Ghee.. it smells like a very old and stale ghee and the taste is also not grate. It is no worth for the high price we pay for it. Will Never recommend this Ghee to anyone.

I've had their ghee before. Unfortunately during shipping, my order suffered damage. GirOrganic did a great job on fixing the issue. Would buy again.

This is the best Ghee I have ever had— I have NEVER been a fan of ghee. Any other ghee I’ve tried- the smell has been off putting and honestly I was repulsed by the taste. I started to incorporate an Ayurvedic diet into my life for “detox” several months ago and used other ghee’s, including homemade ones but still I just was not able to take it in without closing my nose. I found out about A2 ghee when reading an article about doing a certain puja ceremony and eventually found Gir organics- and I am SOOOOO GLAD that I did! It seriously is a game changer in my Ghee routine. I can’t believe I don’t have to close my nose/stop breathing in order for me to take a spoon of it in the morning. It barely has a taste. I would describe the taste as nuttyish. I finished the whole jar and just ordered the bigger jar for myself (as it’s more economical). It’s well worth the price for me.

i couldn't tolerate the smell and flavor of ghee until came across this one, for the first time i did not need to use cardamon to alter the taste, i had coffee with this ghee and it was pleasant drinkable, now using this for nose drops, and other healing needs. it is worth its price, i will be buying it again.

Good quality ghee, nice texture as ghee should be and great taste. Hope that ghee is organic as the packaging says.

This is a wonderful product. It is the best tasting Ghee I've found here in Australia. It's well packaged and I wouldn't worry about breakage, and it's packaging looks lovely in the kitchen. I've gone from purchasing the 500ml to 1 litre as we use it all the time, even in the toasted sandwich press.
