Cuisinart 722-18NS Chef's Classic Stainless Nonstick 7-Inch Open Skillet, Silver

This is a dream frying pan. Hard as nails and non stick, durable, very even heat, super easy to clean, heavy duty, commercial grade. Always a pleasure to use.

This skillet exceeded my expectations. It is well made, Non stick, heavy, good heat distribution, handle is secured with rivets, oven proof, Perfect egg pan. Restaurant quality.

i have gone through the granite and made for TV skillets and found them to be light weight and cheap.I have used my Cuisinart 10" for about two years. No pot holder or towell is required due to the long handle. The tall sides allow me to stir the food by quickly sliding back and fourth. I was hesitant on buying a skillet with the no-stick coating but find it to be very helpful and there is no evidence of any coating coming off. I also have an eight inch Cuisinart I use to make omelets and cook smaller meals. I am very satisfied with both and use them almost daily. I have a nephew that likes to cook and just started living in his first house. He is getting by with cooking utensils given to him. I bought a 10 inch Cuisinart skillet. He was quick to recognize the quality and has told me how much he likes it.

Hubby got it for me for Christmas, just love Cuisinart! I have several of their pots and pans and these non-sticks are GREAT! I needed the larger skillet, and it hopefully will be as good to cook with as the matching 8" and 10" skillets, thank you.

nothing spectacular here, just a good pan at a decent price. since i already have the multi-clad pro set, i'm able to use the lids from them on this pan, so no need to buy a lid for it. it's a little lighter in weight than the mcp pan of the same size, to be expected since it's only got an aluminum base. so far, the nonstick surface seems durable enough, though i never touch it with anything other than my nylon or silicone tools. i also hand wash it rather than use the dishwasher, hoping that will extend the life of the nonstick coating. after several months of use, it's now my go-to pan, even over my multi-clad of the same size, just for ease of use and clean-up.

Cuisinart is a well-made product, for everyday use. easy to clean with the non-stick coating.

Have always used and prefer well seasoned cast iron skillets.Bought this and I swear by it....love cooking eggs and omelets in pan. A pat of butter and your good.Dennis
