Perfect! Goes through a lot of the original information including Mighty and Ray being in Japan back in the 90s, even though we never really had them until Sonic Mania. Great read! Love reading it to my daughter some nights as she's been obsessed with Sonic just like her dad.

For an actual history of the franchise and its development I would point you to the PixN’Love’s History of Sonic the Hedgehog but for a comprehensive visual list of every sonic game, its characters, enemies and bosses, this book has you covered. Pretty dry reading unless your a fan of the series, but it truly is an encyclopedia of the games.

This is just a cool book to have in your collection of you're a Sonic fan. Has all the info you could want about all the levels and characters. Really fun to sit down and look through plus in my situation it quite a conversation starter. People see it and want to talk about their favorite Sonic moments growing up.

Presented in a good quality hardback cover, it is easy to recommend.
