I was expecting something more from a leadership standpoint so that’s on me and finishing this book took a while due to the intense details. If you sit down and use it like a textbook you can write a phenomenal speech.

O livro é bom e super bem embasado mas a leitura se arrasta bastante. São inúmeras técnicas que tornam a leitura difícil e não fluida. Serve mais como um manual para voltar de tempos em tempos e consultar do que como algo para ler de uma vez. Não é como eu gosto de adquirir conhecimento apesar do excelente e super válido conteúdo.
