A very solid burner. You have to attach legs with bolts. Does not move. Great heat control and will heat a turkey fryer full of 3.5 gallons of peanut oil in 20 min. My old burner took 45 min. A little pricey but the build quality is worth it.

No stainless nuts and bolts why?

I bought this from Amazon USA and I am really happy. I have a 15000 btu butane stove and my home gas range with the largest burner probably around 12000 btu. So without a live video to go by, I took a chance that this 37000 btu burner will easily get me wok hei. It does. It's not all just about high btu. More important is the pressure and the shape of the flame. As you can see in the video,this burner has an output like a jet engine. A fairly concentrated cone to focus on the center of a wok. The burner is high enough that it easily reaches the wok bottom.If you go on YouTube you can easily find videos where it's explained that a huge output like a 200000 btu burner,while great for boiling a huge pot of water,is not good for wok cooking as the flame is too widespread. Anyways, 37000 btu is going to work for me outside on the balcony for the 5 to 10 minutes of high temperature stir frying I need. Now I will not smoke up and smell up the whole condo and set off the smoke alarms too. I highly recommend. I just need to find a sturdy table or even concrete blocks to raise the burner so at the least, I am cooking at waist level. Jim from Vancouver.

Just came back from first trip with stove...FAIL. regulator hose melted and came apart at joint. no apparent gas leak or flame anywhere near it. the regulator hose is junk !!!! The regulator hose they sent fell apart even before first meal was cooked on stove. AVOID I will try an adapter and different regulator tomorrow As it stands I would avoid this unit - it may have been dangerous if we had not been there and paying attention. UPDATE just spoke to buddy who is gas fitter - He thinks the unit should not get that hot, compressed gas is cold so 'should' not be an issue if stove/regulator was properly designed. He also said a real CSA cert unit would not melt except if exposed to flames or intense heat (neither of which happened) and suggests this hose is NOT actually CSA cert but illicitly using CSA logo and suggests I send it in to the CSA, which I will look into next week..- NOTE this hose melted from a single use !!! and less than 15 minutes of use and tank was over a metre away - It is clearly a faulty product or at least the one they sent me.was. - original perspective before trying stove : Frame is non-magnetic and appears to be stainless (time will tell) Went together OK supplied bolts are junk and NOT stainless, best to replace with stainless before these rust together and you will have to wrestle them apart. Extra bolts supplied because they are junk and strip super easy - do not wrench on them or better yet replace them with better bolts. Just found out it is not returnable - save your money, buy something else.
