Good flavour for cooking
Good flavour for cooking - chestnut mushrooms have a much better flavour than regular mushrooms and seem to keep longer in the fridge. The texture is less slimy than normal mushrooms when cooked. Before storing in fridge open plastic top add a paper towel to absorb moisture and they last longer.
