Dangerous
My son is walking the 3000km Te Aurora trail in NZ. We bought this Garmin to keep him safe and let us know how and where he is. It doesn't work. We're getting week old locations without timestamp to let us know it's old. The Garmin doesn't accept long trails easily and then fails to show it. It's like it can't cope with actual adventure, just day walking trips. The battery life is shocking. The Garmin NZ map worthless and difficult to download. He's using his phone - it's a good job he bought a rugged long life one.
