Exactly what I was looking for
I read other reviews that were unsatisfactory and still decided to gave it a try. I needed something that also sealed the sand between the joints. I did not want to use polymeric sand. I started out by cleaning my newly installed pavers with water and a brush. I let it dry for 3 full days in the heat of Arizona in July. That should be good enough. I'd say if you use water to clean the paver or have spilled any liquid in the area make sure to give it as long as you can give to dry up. The fluid is a tan color and it showed when I sprayed it on the surface, which made me think is it going to change the color of my pavers? Well it quickly got absorbed and as it dried you could see the wet look the product claims to finish with. Here is the most important tip. Don't put a thick layer just one time. I would say put really thin layer and repeat at least twice maybe even a third coat. It worked perfectly for me. I loved how it brought the colors out on my pavers. I would also suggest not to use a roller so you can get a really thin coat with a sprayer.

Difficult (for do it yourselfer) to apply
Just know that this is not the easiest stuff to apply with a cheep sprayer or roller. Maybe a better quality sprayer would have made my experience better, but I really struggled getting this applied to my pavers. First tried the spraying method and it was painfully slow - practically one brick at a time (seemed to clog the sprayer). Then tried the roller method and then you use it up fast because the pavers absorb the sealer fast, and it is a faster method than the sprayer, but you use up the sealer fast and the roller gets the paver surface coated, but doesn't get into the sand/cracks between them. After a couple weeks it doesn't look much different from before.

Seems To Have Really Help Set The Pavers In Place
I bought this as much to bond the sand in between the pavers as I did to seal the pavers themselves. It has only been down a few weeks, but I am very happy with the way this product seems to have made been absorbed into the sand and bonded it very well. Hopefully, this will prevent weeds from growing up between the pavers in the years to come.As for the sealing...this product leaves the pavers with a matte finish, which is what I expected based on my research. I know the container says "wet look", but other online reviewers mentioned the matte finish. This was OK with me.

worked as promised
its the preperation that counts. used pump sprayer ,went on well ,no puddling . waited a day and applied second coat. it slightly darkened my brick pavers ,which is what i wanted since they faded.

Wet look, even coat, enhanced colors
Cleaned the 3 year old concrete paver driveway which was never sealed. Corrected the stains, spills, and the sunken pavers. Filled cracks with normal, fine sand. Applied this product with a sprayer and rolled over it with a paint roller to spread out the pooled up areas. Applied two light coats as directed which totalled 135 sq ft per gallon (6 hours total). Looks super great!!! I will update this review over the years. I hope to reduce the weed growth and sand washout with this product in southwest FL. I am hoping for 2 or 3 years before applying again.

Made our patio look new again
We used this product to re-seal our concrete paver patio. We like to apply with a sprayer and use nylon bristle brushes to distribute evenly and sweep into the joints between the pavers.Took a couple days for it to cure and lose the slightly tacky feel underfoot. It really brought the charcoal color of the concrete back to life and after drying, has a slightly wet look to it. I like it much better than the sealer we used last time. It is odorless; could not detect any “chemical” smell.

Does not make it look "wet"
I bought this product because of the advertisement of giving it the wet look. I have a patio made of stone and when applying it the product gave it a gold tint. I put 2 coats on and you can see that there is a sheen, but it did not make it look "wet" as I had hoped to bring out the rich colors. The picture shows what it looks like after I poured water on it.

Definetly needs the 2nd coat to be effective.
This is a good product and per instructions, it must be done with two coats. First coat on cement pavers really soaks up the material. Second coat applies much easier with less than half the material needed as first coat. Does a nice job of binding the joint sand and leaves a sheen on the pavers that looks good and repels some water. Dries per instructions and hopefully will repel black mold. Make sure you clean surface throughly before applying.
