Must buy- most superior sealer out there.
This product is a must- buy! Having tried three other brands, I can confidently say this is the best option. Follow the directions precisely, and you will be pleased with the results. The tech support team is knowledgeable about paver sealing and provided excellent phone support. This sealer also beautifully enhanced the natural color of my pavers.

Great product, detailed instructions and easy to apply.
I purchased this based on reviews and researching on the companies website. I have stamped concrete walks and decorative edging that is approximately 15 years old. I have utilized other products with good results but some of those are no longer available. After much research I purchased and applied 2 coats 24 hours apart after the surfaces were cleaned 24 hours prior to application.I followed the directions and found the ease of application to be easy as the product applies smoothly. I used a 4 inch brush due to the location of my walks and edging. The results have been excellent thus far. It made my walks and edging look new and did not bubble like other products. It has a wet look but is not slippery even after a rain.I also enjoyed the packaging and professional approach of the company. Ever detail was first class. I would highly recommend Foundation Armor for your sealing needs.

Easy to apply
This was my first time applying sealer. I just had a concrete patio installed a couple of months ago and was in need of sealer to get us through our first winter without cracks. (Fingers crossed...) This product arrived promptly, seems reasonably priced from what I was able to research, and comes with tips to help with application. We were lucky to have a string of nice days in mid-October, so I applied two coats over two days then.Overall, I'd say the whole process went pretty smoothly. Make sure you have the right products (I used a long-handled roller, plus a brush for corners) and wait for the right time to apply. Now that I've had several weeks to sit with it, I'm pretty happy with the look of the sealer. Since I have a exposed aggregate, it really helps elevate the patio and let the colors of the stones stand out more. There are a couple of spotty areas, but I'd chock that up to my amateur abilities. As I said, this is my first time sealing. Unless I happen to come across another product I feel more confident buying, I'd purchase this sealer again next time we need it.

Nice job
We sealed new sidewalk, plus 7 year old garage floor and driveway with this product. I will say that the look is much better on the freshly poured concrete as opposed to the driveway and garage that had 2 previous applications of sealant manufactured by the concrete company on it. (No fault of Foundation Armour, I honestly don't know what the makeup of the previous sealer was).Regardless, it clearly does it's job. Water beads and rolls right off. We have it on textured and smooth concrete. It has not upped the slip factor on the smooth concrete any more than it was, and we didn't use any of the texturing. Application was easy, but it did seem to take a good bit more product than anticipated. The smell can be overwhelming if you have a sensitive nose, but a mask can help with that. Overall we are very pleased with the product!

Stamped concrete looks amazing
I used this on a stamped concrete walkway/doorstep that is 8 years old. Last time I sealed it was about 4 years ago. This product was exceptionally easy to work with and walkway looks like new. I applied it with the FomPro Solvent Proof 1/2 inch paint roller and it easily got down into the stamped joints. You may be able to save the roller if you wrap it up well but I bought 2 and threw them away after each coat. You will also probably want a throw-away paint brush to get the corners of steps and up against the house. For the second coat I applied about 10 square feet of the sealer at a time, used the company-recommended Scott's hand held spreader to sprinkle on Foundation Armor fine non-slip, and then back rolled. The color is now popping and it has a wet look without being overly glossy. I followed all the directions and applied in the last 90 minutes of daylight in temperatures around 70 degrees. I wouldn't try to do this in the heat of the summer. As far as the comments about the odor, this is a solvent based product and is about like every other solvent-based product I have worked with. I would compare the fumes to a can of spray paint. Pretty nasty and I personally wouldn't ever use something like this indoors. If there is a breeze keep the product downwind from you.

Incredible stuff.
This stuff brought our stamped concrete patio back to life. Looks basically brand new. Deepened the color back to original, and has the clear wet look we were going for. Far far better than the water based acrylic stuff you can get at the big box home improvement stores. I will be using this stuff every time I reseal.I used a heavy duty (bleach/deck) pump sprayer that worked amazingly well at spreading, and then quickly backrolled with a 3/4 inch nap roller. Super quick application. Just be careful to watch the outside temps. The instructions say to apply when the sun is declining for the day. I'd even recommend just waiting until the sun goes down. If the patio is still warm from the earlier sun, it can volatilize the product quickly. Thats the only real thing to worry about with this stuff: there is a narrow temperature range that you need to apply it, and also avoid rain. So we had to wait and watch the weather a lot to find a few days that would be ideal to apply
