I received 2 of these. I can't believe I ordered 2 of identical size and color, but order details change from when you ordered them so it's impossible to tell what I ordered, but...having said that...I ordered a large and can't believe some complain about them being too firm of control! I don't really know what size I wear lol I've recently lost a lot of weight after being obese or morbidly obese since puberty or 40 years! I'm very apple shaped and my midsection is by far my biggest area! 10lbs ago (yes, I've gained some back) I wore a size 4 jeans and a large top. I now wear about a 6-8 in pants and large/xlarge in tops. I'm 5'8" and 160lbs. I wear a size 36DD bra. I ordered a large in this and wish it had a little more snuggness in the middle. It's firm, but not extra firm. It's firm enough to make you feel comfortable. Like your flab is being held in place and won't be giggle giggling along! I do like that they come up far enough in the back to hide that flap that come over your bra between the strap and your pit...know that thing??!? Oh me oh my! That's ugly! 🙈🙉🙊 I have the Spanx version that I bought at a half of half store years ago and it's just started fitting in the last year...it's not as firm, but either that is a men's compression tank or they don't make them anymore, because I've hunted! If you would prefer ( I think I might) the top part of the tank to be cotton knit and the compression part to be thicker, longer and have a nice strip of silicone to prevent rollage. Check out Teez-Her. I've worn those from 3xl to medium. If you wear this in large, I think I'd suggest Teez-Her in medium. Read the size chart and make your own decisions. I like the medium for my size, although, I've not worn it since I was 152lbs. That one also has ZERO compression across the busy as this one does. This brand isn't anything as bad as the maidenform! I had to cut boobie holes in that one to "get shed of" the uniboob! It was horrible! If you're fairly flat chested or don't mind being bound like your recovering from 1960s mastitis, you'll love her! Yeah, I'm sober as a judge! Just silly! I'd order this one again and again, simply for the price and how all of these get dingy fairly quickly and in the summer, you want it nice and white if it's showing under your shirt, tank, etc...enjoy her!

If your idea of attractiveness is having a tourniquet wrapped around your ribcage, then this is the perfect product for you. I hate wearing bras and consider them enough torture, so when I saw a Cami-Shaper infomercial, I thought I'd give the product a try, but when I called to order, I was placed on hold and fed an audio version of the commercial while I waited. I decided to buy this Spanx product from Amazon instead of suffering on phone hold.I weigh 95 lbs.; I've been down from 115/113 for over a decade, and have never been overweight, so I've never thought I needed a girdle. Call it Spanx or Cami-Shaper, this product has to be worse than a girdle. If you had the pleasure of watching Alan Harper trying to free himself from one of these products on 2 ½ Men, you'll have an idea of what you're in for. Not having a clue about what the item looked liked, I decided to order a Medium, figuring, better safe than sorry. When it arrived, I noticed that it looked smaller than any t-shirt or camisole that I have ever owned. The inner front panel has a very, very strong elastic mesh lining. The outer shell is smooth Lycra.The next step was to give the garment a test run. You have to slip it on like panties and pull it up until you can adjust the straps to your shoulders. The sucker didn't go beyond my lower thighs. Barely past the knees, it was extremely tight. That's when I realized that if I pulled it up any further, my thighs and lower extremities would suffocate, let alone my lungs if, by some miracle, I managed to lift it past my butt. No; I wasn't going to venture any further as I envisioned myself calling 911 and asking an emergency medical technician to cut me loose. That dangerous piece of equipment will never, ever be worn. Now I pay careful attention whenever I see Penny, Dr. Sheldon Cooper's sexy neighbor on The Big Bang. Young Penny's Cami-Shapers are very loose - that's the only way to go if you like to live and breathe. Unfortunately, at my age, I need a lift, surgery, or a miracle, for the girls went south years ago.

I'm a bit lumpy now, about 20 pounds lumpy on a 5'8' torso, and I was looking for an undergarment to smooth out the bra bumps, tummy, and muffin top (and as an extra layer for winter warmth). I did a lot of looking for mid range price, and positive comments from other users. For me, this isn't really so good. I find it flattens very much around the bust (was hoping to wear it without a bra, as it appears in the product illustration photo) and does not do much around the middle. In addition, it rides up over my hips, perhaps because it's better suited to shorter torsos; I'm long-waisted. Yesterday I had a physically active day and found when I got home that the bottom had crept up around my waist. I hadn't noticed it until I sat down and felt the discomfort of it. I find it is uncomfortably tight around the bust. It does add some extra warmth in a cold room, but there's better underwear for that. Alas,I won't be purchasing another one.

I love this tank and I wear it almost every time I wear fitted t's. I'm not a big girl, only 140 and 5'2, so I was just looking for something that kept my tummy and my back fat in place. The top half of the tank is comfortably fitted and it works magic on my back and upper tummy area. But it's a bit too wide when it gets to the bottom half of the tank top so I don't get as much control on my gut area (which is my trouble area). I do love how it accents my wait though, just wish it wasn't that wide at the bottom. I recommend doing a smaller size if your gut is your trouble area, just to make sure you get the control you want. I can say this tank has boosted my confidence. :)
