Exactly as advertised and gdoes the job well

The wind kept blowing it over no matter what we did. Very light and cheap.

Setting up and putting it away is a total breeze thanks to its space-saving, folding design. Plus, knowing it meets safety regulations for both indoor and outdoor use gives me peace of mind. The Heavy Duty barricade system offers enhanced safety and security, which is a huge relief, especially for wide entrances or driveways. And with its impressive 13-foot reach, not only does it provide extra security, but it also saves on costs by minimizing the need for multiple barriers. I especially like the heavy duty wheels.On the downside, it seems a bit expensive! And as for outdoor use, gusty winds may pose a problem.

Many complained of it blowing over easily. Mine came with bags to weight it down for outdoor use with sand or rocks, etc. It also came with signs for crowd control, such as "Personnel Only" etc. My advise is for the product to be better explained under the detail section. It took a minute to find the small note about the bags. I hope this helps for others that didn't find that explanation.
