As a women and as a cleaner I can 100% recommend this hoover. It’s light, it’s compact, it’s got a strong suction and there isn’t really a lot it won’t pick up. I had the shark lift away and for some reason it hated my flooring after my partner complaining about it I finally decided enough is enough so I went with this after trying my friends one and bought one the same day! I’ve had it a few weeks now and it hasn’t failed me yet. It’s really easy to set up and it’s really easy to use! The foot button at the bottom of the pole is to lift the pole away from the head. The arrows is to change the hoover from hard flooring to carpet. I love that it’s got a super long wire and now I can hoover my whole house without changing the plug like 3-4 times. Cons are: it might be a me issue is when you snap the pole to go under the table you can’t seem to get the hoover to go in the direction you want it to. The electrical wire can get in your way because of where it comes out of the handle But still I would recommend this and would definitely buy another if this ever broke! Oh btw my partner. He loves this one because it’s so easy and fool proof!

It has great vacuum pressure and cleans really well. It was easy to install and start using right away. The only downside is that it’s a little bit heavy, but overall a solid and reliable vacuum. For me, there’s no real difference between using this corded model and a cordless one — both perform just as well.

Got this on a Black Friday deal purely because of its party trick, hoovering under furniture, as far as that goes it works well and I’m happy with my purchase, it’s also worth mentioning I will only be using this as my upstairs hoover. As hoovers go, it’s ok, I got the corded version as battery operated stuff is fine until the battery dies, that might have been a mistake, this is somewhere between a full on old fashioned upright hoover and a light weight stick hoover, but it’s definitely not light weight, if you are are thinking this is a grab and go item, it’s not, it’s weighs about 5kg, everything appears to be solidly built and good quality, not too noisy and very good suction, which is fine until you meet rugs, but that’s to be expected, using it is a bit cumbersome but it’s more compact than a traditional hoover, so it’s not too bad, being able to waft the accessories around on the end of the stick is nice, it saves on bending down, but again it’s not a particularly light hoover even with the head removed, so if you are older hoovering cobwebs out the corners of the ceiling will be a workout, image holding 2 bags of flower at chest height with one hand on top of your fist, other little niggles, the dustbin is very small, it could be the improved suction of this hoover but after one room the bin was full, the other niggle is the fact it will not stand up on it’s own, from an engineering point of view I can see why they didn’t do that, if the head hinge locked just past vertical it would stand up on the head, but even a slight breeze would make it fall over, emptying and removing attachments it good, lots of buttons and click into place stuff here, again everything appear study and good quality design, overall I’m happy with it, mostly because of being able to hoover under the beds without having to move everything or get down on my knees, it gets a pass for that trick alone. Almost forgot you can fold the head down for compact storage and it does stand upright then. TLDR: good quality, huge suction, relatively quiet, reasonably heavy for a stick vacuum, more a replacement for main house hoover, excellent for hoovering under furniture without bending down, dust collection bin is tiny, a bit cumbersome to use but aren’t they all, not recommended for elderly useless you have good arm strength.

Amazing stick Vac. We have had Shark for the last two vacuums and when the last one broke ( Cable snapped where it entered the machine ) we knew we wanted another Shark. We had a look at cordless but we saw no benefit to having a battery machine over a corded so decided on this model, we are very happy with it. It isn't heavy, is easy to use, has a 10 metre cord and becomes a hand held for stairs or high places in a couple of clicks. We were worried about lack of suction but that was unfounded, if anything it picks up better than our large cumbersome old model. It's a Shark so it is a quality machine.

Ok hear me out - this is hands down the best vacuum I have used given the specificity of my situation for several reasons listed below. 1) The Anti-Hair Wrap - This is real. It works exactly as it says. I have 2 long haired dogs who shed like there is no tomorrow 365 days a year AND I have long hair that I shed too. 2 floors of my home are carpet covered. I have used many many vacuums, each time cleaning the brush, bristles, cutting the hair which is collected there which was so arduous but in case there isn't a single hair to clean on the brush. Absolutely fantastic! My mind is blown! 2) Weight and Durability - I have back pain, meaning I cannot use heavy vacuums and needed a lighter vacuum which I could easily move up and down the stairs. This fits the bill perfectly. It is not super light, not super heavy, just weighty enough to feel strong and durable. 3) Suction - This is a god send. It has pulled out more gunk from my carpets than I ever believed possible. I am Monica from Friends when it comes to cleaning my home and it is absolutely so so satisfying when I can see the volume of dust that has been picked up from carpets. The dust container is small for the size of my house but it truly does not matter to me, I don't mind emptying it repeatedly. 4) The Bend-ability - I can easily reach under the couch, under the bed, I know this feature is not new to stick vacuums but a stick vacuum with this suction? It is amazing knowing that there are no lingering dust bunnies under furniture. 5) Cord Length - I specifically chose the corded version because I genuinely believe the suction would be better. The cord is very long which is good. I don't keep to keep plugging and unplugging it for different areas. Overall, this product is just amazing. This is my second Shark purchase and the brand has not let me down. Absolute value for money!

The suction power is impressive, and it handles cleaning tasks efficiently. However, it’s a bit heavier for me, considering that it’s a fairly sized vacuum. Overall though, I’m quite pleased with its performance.

I am getting red light for the roller is not working. can someone tell me where can I get a replacement for the attachment
