Q: How many inches is the medium size?

I did not buy the medium size. I bought the large and its the standard rosary length that could be worn as a necklace

Q: Does anyone know the size of the wood beads? Like in mm. Or comparative size ie.. small green pea, cranberry...

I don't know the actual measurement. They are larger than most of my rosary beads. I would describe them as the size of a frozen pea.

Q: Does it come with a prayer card or instructions how to pray it?

Not at this time, however we plan on adding a prayer card in the future.
