comfortable and sturdy for big guys

I've had this chair for almost three months and I absolutely love it! As soon as I got it, assembled it and sat down it was fantastic. Feels so sturdy plus it's so comfortable. Easy to assemble, clear instructions. The chair is pretty heavy, so I would suggest assembling it in the room it will be in. Arms seem a little jiggly, even after tightening them from beneath, but I've come to expect that from all chairs that have adjustable arms. Rolls great on a thick rug that is on top of a thick carpet!

I've owned this exact model chair for the last 5 years. It's always been stupid comfortable and was always very relaxing to sit in. The only reason I'm replaced with the same thing is the black fake leather, or whatever you call it, was rally flaking off of the chair. It's a very nice chair, but it will eventually begin to flake apart. So I bought this one to replace it, figuring it's got to be the same. The chair that I received it not a soft and it's much more stiff than my previous one. I'll attribute it to the old one being broken in, at least that's what I'm telling myself. Only time will tell. I just figured since I've already owned this chair for 5 years, I thought I could give some valuable input into this model.

Carrier never called for delivery as described in order. I found the package just sitting out in the rain in front of my door. When I started assembly, the plate for the backrest did not slip under the base as pictured. There was no room for it to do so and using the bolts as pictured would not have made it work. I had to use the shorter bolts for the back plate and the longer just to get the bottom plate to adhere to the cushion.All in all, this chair is NOT worth the price tag.

the back of the chair curves forwards, jamming my shoulders forward. so my options are to either be doubled over or to just have a lump jabbing into my upper back at all times with no other support. i'm 5'9, so maybe this would work if you were 5'4, but i have no idea how this is supposed to be a "big and tall" chair.

Same comfort as a much larger office chair. Very padded and fully adjustable. Perfect for anyone who sits at a computer desk all day. Wasn't difficult to assemble at all.

I've waited for several weeks prior to writing this review. I've really enjoyed this chair and sitting in it for work 8+ hours a day for 5 days a week. It's comfortable and easy to maneuver in. I have noticed the one arm I have to retighten the bolt now and then on it but it hasn't bother me much.Shipping was a little confusing as Amazon isn't integrated into the seller's shipping system but the seller responds promptly and is able to give you a ETA which was very helpful.Overall very satisfied with this purchase and the product. Great price for a great chair.

It is a good chair, BUT I REALLY DO NOT LIKE BIG & TALL CHAIRS SINCE THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE SHAQUILLE O'NEAL'S SIZE OR A SUMO WRESTLER...THE SEAT IS TOO DEEP TO EVER BE COMFORTABLE IF YOU ARE AN JUST AN AVERAGE 200-300 LB GUY THAT IS WORRIED ABOUT THE 250-275 LB LIMIT ON BEST SERTA CHAIRS
