I've been using them for several days and they work quite well against mosquitoes. They're comfortable, don't bother you when you wear them, and the smell isn't strong. Overall, a good product for what it offers.

I recently tried citronella bracelets on a camping trip and found them to be quite effective for both kids and adults. They offered a great solution for keeping mosquitoes at bay without a bad odor, which is a significant plus. However, it's worth noting that they may not perform well in water. While I found them useful for a single day of outdoor activity, I wouldn’t recommend them for extended use beyond that. Overall, they’re a practical accessory for a day trip, providing convenience and comfort!

My third reorder - used in Jamaica, Tulum, MEX and now for trip to Thailand. Always buy enough for all the friends / family who travel with me. I wear on each wrist and ankle if the mosquitoes are super bad and stay unbitten.

These bracelets work but with caveats. I got them because sometimes I want to take quick walks outside, but don't want to put on sticky big spray and have to shower 2x a day because of the spray. Enter these bracelets. 1st caveat: they fairly quickly decrease in efficacy, which makes me feel guilty for creating so much non compostable/recyclable waste relatively quickly. I have a neighbor with a swampy pool that causes a bunch of mosquitos in the neighborhood in the summer. Without the bracelets, I got 14 bites when going outside for 1 hour. With the bracelets (1st wear and one per limb), I got none. 2nd caveat: I have found that I need 1 bracelet per limb in order to avoid bites. For a nighttime Joshua tree stargazing outing with a friend, we each only put one on and both got bit up like crazy. Later, I gave the bracelets another chance. I put one on each elbow and one on each knee. Wore them and then put them back in the pouches for later use. No bites. Used them a 2nd and 3rd time with no bites, but got 4 bites today with the 4th use, which indicates they're at their effective end of life at around 3 or 4 wears. Overall, they work if you make sure you have a little citronella bubble around you by putting one on each limb, but they generate a relatively large amount of waste for the amount of protection they provide, and the protection itself can be spotty. If your only goal is to not use chemical spray on your skin, these bracelets meet it. If your goal is solely to not get bit, spray might be a better choice.

BOY THESE WORK! My husband loved these on a tropical country vacation not one bug bite and the scent wasn’t a problem for him. I wore them on my ankle because of the scent but overall good product. We always come back for more when we go out for warmer weather

These bracelets are nice to have. Will use them on our next trip. Saw others wearing them on our trip and they advised me to purchase them. They look nice.

Not only do these repel insects and mosquitos, they are so potent that they even repel me. Very strong lemongrass smell and frankly I got a headache while wearing it. I ended up removing it after a few hours just to breathe better. The repellant is very long lasting and despite it being left out in the open, it still works.

These were great. I usually get bitten all over, they turn nasty and it really spoils the holiday. I wore one on my wrist and one on my ankle. I got two small bites which caused me no issue. On the last day I didn’t wear a band as I was just driving to the airport. I ended up with 5 horrible bites on my leg, one of which went really sore and nasty! I should have put a band on the last day!

Always hard to determine if these devices work - we never had any issues with insect bites - in Fiji, so as insurance highly recommended.
