Place the liners in a metal cupcake pan to bake your favorite muffins, cupcakes, quiche or put in the freezer to make frozen treats. Most of the time the silicone liners do not need cooking spay but it may help in removing some baked goods. After taking pan out of oven make sure to let completely cool before trying to remove your treats from the liners. Dishwasher safe!
