This remote control is super-compact and is very easy to program to work with my new Chamberlin garage door unit. It works perfectly every time and you can’t beat the price for a 2 pack!

This worked perfectly. I always think about the safety of my family and having the garage remote in the keychain keeps me at more peace. I was able to program both remotes for my wife and daughter. These remotes are very small and ideal for carrying in a pocket. I used to have larger remotes, but they were inconvenient—if I carried them in my pocket at home, sometimes a button would be pressed accidentally and open the garage door. For that reason, I usually left them in the car. And since my car system was already connected to the garage, the old remotes ended up sitting in the dashboard most of the time. The new remotes, however, are compact and practical. I set up two garage doors on each remote without any issue. The setup is extremely simple, although the official video instructions from the company were confusing and even misleading. They added an unnecessary step that actually created problems. The correct method is straightforward: 1. Press the reset button with the provided pin. 2. Turn on the “learn” light from the main unit. 3. Press the button on the remote you want to program. At this point, the light on the unit turns off or you’ll hear a click, and that’s it—setup completed quickly and easily. As for build quality, the materials look decent and the remotes have a solid feel. That said, I’ll need more time using them before I can judge durability and long-term reliability.

Nice little remote control. Came as a set of two. One of them worked and the other did not. I contacted the seller (365 Garage Door Parts) via telephone, the day I received the remote in the mail. They never returned the call. Sent them an email and explained that the batter in one of the remotes was bad/dead the day I received it. Their response was, "We are sorry to hear that the battery was at its end life cycle. The remotes are new and prepackaged from the manufacturer. We will advise the manufacturer of your the feedback". Needless to say, since they did not offer to replace the remote control or fix the problem (a new battery would have been fine) (I know, it's the principle not the cost of the battery), I returned the remotes to Amazon for a refund this morning. Will order again from a different seller (even if it cost a little more). FYI, The working remote programmed very easy to my Craftsman Model K1026, 139.53779 and worked VERY well. The 890 MAX mini remote is about the same size as my F-150 remote and works as good or better than the one that came with the opener.

Batteries are included. The remote instructions were "easy" to follow. However, it took quite a bit of time for the remotes to stnc with the garage motor. Its good that you can configure each button if you have different bay doors. But I spent time programming 3 buttons for a single bay door. The size of these were my main reasons for getting them. They are great for a keychain with the car keys; which means I won't lose the remote.

Super easy to set up!

We were concerned after recently moving into a new home and finding one of the garage door openers broken and the other soon misplaced. Fortunately, these are a completely-compatible and much improved replacement for the original openers. Specifically, they have the same range (at least 100 feet), are easy to program - press a button on the opener motor and then press a button on the opener within 30 seconds the specified number of times, depending on the model of the motor. They are also tiny, compared to the originals, running on 2532 Lithium coin batteries, rather than on hard-to-find 12 volt batteries, and can be easily added to a keyring. Ours have worked well for five months thus far on the original batteries, and seem likely to last several more months. Highly recommended!
