Tasty pasta
I got this to try-it is more nutritious than regular pasta, I tried it-was goodi mixed with some regular pasta and the taste was good.

Flour tasting
Cooked it the same way like other spaghetti. But it had a flour taste in the end. Should be eaten with lots of soup.

This was my first time using gluten free pasta. I was more interested in the higher protein content of the pasta since it was made with pea protein and lentil flour. I thought it may have an aftertaste, a pea/bean like flavor. But I was wrong. The pasta did not have any real flavor of legumes. I followed the instructions on the box - boiling the water and adding salt (trust me, it makes all the difference, add it). The only difference I noticed was an extreme cloudliness of the 'pasta water'. It seems without the gluten, the flours leach into the water during cooking. When the pasta was done I drained it and sampled it plain to assess it.The flavor was fine, close to wheat pasta. However, I feel it cannot be stressed enough, the importance of cooking this pasta in boiling water with salt. We used a generous amount of salt. Season the cooking liquid. It makes the final product taste good. The family did not notice any off-smell or taste. Even without sauce.My only concern was the final cooking liquid. It was cloudy, almost creamy, making me think that much of the nutrition of the pasta, much of the protein, may have been lost into the water. So we made soup with the cooking water. I tossed in some carrots, celery, and cleaned out the fridge for any sad looking veggies and a leftover chicken breast. After it cooked a bit, I added in some of the noodles - chicken soup. Another meal and no waste. Delicious.This is a tasty gluten free pasta. High in protein. If it fits into your lifestyle or your health needs, it may be appropriate for you.

Box
The box was crushed and the speghitt was coming out. Not very appealing. I have not cooked it yet.

Cauliflower Spaghetti
My husband & I really like this spaghetti, I recommend it to my neighbor who is gluten intolerant. We will definitely buy this again.
