Just what I needed.

As other reviewers have said, these things are very poorly made. The casing of the USB-A end isn’t attached, which requires some gluing before use. Still, that’s nothing some epoxy can’t quickly fix. Otherwise, they work, so can’t beat the price.

Was excited to find these. Was looking to provide 12v power to a led bike headlight. Not a huge draw but the 5v power bank wasn’t doing it. Got these in along with the separate receiver end. Wire the light up and open the bag to find they arrived broken between the plastic baggie they were packaged in and the paper envelope Amazon shipped it in. The only one in any kind of shape doesn’t power the light consistently. After 2 or 3 minutes the light “browns out” and then comes back on. Not something I want happening on the road in the dark. If it stayed on I’d be happy to exchange them so I can wire a tail light to the same battery pack. Would be nice to run everything including my phone from one unit.

Item worked for short term but will overheat if used too long.

I used this with a DC 5.5 x 2.1mm female to DC power 3.5mm mono adapter to add a 12v trigger to a projector which only had a USB port. It is working reliably and it was inexpensive.

Use these cables to power my Masterbuilt gravity grill and the Spider Grills Venom with a car battery jumper/usb power source.
