Is this stretchy? had ones with stretch before & they are clingy. Also is it see through (another problem buying online) as some are so thin

Neither stretchy nor see through. I bought the navy one but the cotton is not thin so I wouldn't think a lighter colour would be a problem.

Can you advise the sizing for a regular size 18 ? i.e. Large or Extra Large.

I’m a 16 and bought the large, but would have been better with the medium, so think large would be fine.
