I have been using Reishi for over 20 years and know the product well. These mushrooms has been through chemical extraction process and all the goodness already extracted using toxic solvents such as Hexane. You have been warned.

I read a Dr Mercola on the benefit on this mushroom and immunity and decided to try it. Dr. Axe suggested putting it in coffee so I ground it up. At first it was like cork in my coffee but after a few moments it sank a bit and dissolved. I went from morning fog to Hello world! I will now be adding this daily to get an energy and immune kick! Comes double sealed. Good smell. This mushroom is woody but very grindable.

The company doesn't provide much information about the drying process but these reishi were quite dark in color. This is my first time purchasing whole reishi slices but from pictures of others (including the main picture of the listing) - the color in these seems to be off. I am no expert but hopefully darker the berry sweeter the juice. Also when trying to grind these into powder they instead turn into fluff - so they could potentially use some more drying for my purposes.
