Great headphones for the price
I bought one of these and liked them so much I bought another a couple weeks later. Both of my units looked brand new and arrived in a generic cardboard box with a 3.5mm cable and short usb-c charging cable, with nothing else. They sound good enough, have good noise cancellation, have excellent battery (the 35 hour claim by Sony seems to be accurate) and feel sturdy enough. The sound is definitely bass boosted, like most sony headphones, but still have clear mids and highs. The noise cancellation isn't crazy strong, but it is strong enough and most importantly, does not cause any cabin pressure in my ears. Sony and Bose are the only two companies that I have tried that do not have cabin pressure in their noise cancellation headphones. Or at least not enough for it to bother me. I've had a pair of Anker and Tribit headphones that had noise cancellation that made my ears feel like they needed to pop.I only have two complaints with these headphones: First, the earpads are pretty hard and my ear touches the drover even though I have small ears. I bought brainwavz hm5 pads on amazon for $20 and now they are extremely comfortable. The second complaint is the lack of a "previous track" button on these. You can easily skip to the next track, but I do not think there is a way to skip back. But other than that these are great headphones for $50. Definitely would not pay the $200 retail for these tho.

Solid pair of headphones for a good price
I've been weary about wireless headphones due to their higher than usual price point and their fragility; but when I came across this renewed pair, I figured it was worth a shot. I'm glad I did too. The headphones came in great condition, which is one thing I always worry about when getting a refurbished item. The sound is great and they're perfect for wearing around the house while cleaning, doing dishes, lounging, etc. This kind of quality is typical of Sony. They're comfy and connect to my phone almost instantly. I don't use them all the time, nor do I use them doing any kind of physical activity. I try to baby them as wireless headphones always seem really fragile. But for the quality you get with these, the price is just right.

It's great but still disappointed.
Almost gave a 3 outa 5. I love these. Great sound quality. Amazing battery life lasting somewhere around the actual 36 hours. Probably 24-36. Not sure. But I have sometimes gone around 3 days with no charge if I turn them off sometimes when I'm not using them. Noise canceling is pretty good with the music specifically turned up loudly. Max volume could be higher. Good bass. Good mix. No onboard mic for phone calls, defaults to phone mic with these as the ear piece during Bluetooth calls. Decent surround sound. I use these for gaming all the time plugged in. The voice though when switching modes is so annoying. Just give me a manual and I'll learn what beep does what. Or give me different buttons. Don't mute my music and tell me every time what my setting is. Please stop telling me my battery is low if it is when I turn on headphones! Very annoying. Build quality seems pretty decent but there's a couple peices of plastic screwed on over the wiring that over time has cracked and is coming off. Maybe I dropped my headphones a few times. Whatever. I recommend these if you can get them for under $60. Idk if you can get better for the price or not. I'm impressed and annoyed. But I overall like them and use them all of the time.

Get one now....
Cheapest priced for a good audio quality headphones. Noise cancelation really works. Plastic material is of high quality, over the ear very comfortable. I got it for $50 refurbished but looks 100% new.

The Anker series of headphones are better for the price
There's nothing particularly wrong with these, but the Anker Q30 series has better battery life, longer bluetooth range, and comparable noise cancelling. The Anker Q30 is much easier to pair to windows bluetooth. If you're not going to overspend on the top of the line noise cancelling units from Bose and Sony, you may as well just get the Ankers and skip these. They fill a niche but don't do it particularly well, in my opinion.

Impressed so far.
I don't like making a review so soon after using, but will update if need be. The headphones are renewed, and they came looking brand new, minus the original box. So far, it being only 2weeks, they work great! The battery life is good, sound quality is good, overall great headphones. No they are not pricey headphones, and are not cheapo's either, just right for the price paid!

Had to return but would try again
I own a pair of Sony's earlier model of these headphones and love them, so when I saw a refurbished pair for sale I bought them right away!Unfortunately, the pair I received emitted a high pitched whine from the left speaker, so I'm sending them back. Also the microphone was terrible and I was unintelligible during a phone call. That said, the pair I received looked BRAND NEW, if there were another set of these for sale refurbished I'd be exchanging rather than returning them. I like this model, it fits well and has good sound quality when playing music, I'm assuming it just happened to be the one pair I received that was a dud.
