Having been given the task of finding suitable Christmas table ware, I realised I'd left it a bit late.I then had the idea of using silver mirrored backed card and found some with a high gsmWhen they arrived I was very impressed. The card is very good quality as was the silver mirrored finish.I cut up 3 sheets of card as glass matsWhen the table was finally set, it did look good. The mirrored card placemats fitted in well with the overall theme, which was silver, red and white - all very sparkly. After the meal, most of the 'placemats' were completely undamaged so can be used for something else. That something else was used for cheating in the game where you have to guess the name 'Who am I' and the teens managed to guess theirs easily enough byreading the name backwards by seeing the post-it reflections in the mirrored card.
