Kindle Paperwhite Skin Kit/Decal - Above The Clouds - Vlad Stuido

This skin fits perfectly, is very easy to attach, (when you put it on the case the first time you can reposition it several times, if you are careful and work slowly, to get it EXACTLY straight, if you are OCD, like me) and it stays stuck very well, even though I take my Kindle in and out of the case (or my purse) over and over. It doesn't peel on the edges! The design is just as nice as I thought it would be. You can get it in glossy or matte finish. Plus, is is low priced enough that you can buy a new one each year just to give your device a new look (even though it won't need to be replaced, because they stay nice). You can easily peel the old one off and it doesn't leave a residue or anything!(My only complaint, is that Decalgirl had a design I purchased for my last Kindle and it is no longer available. I am sad, because I would have liked to get the same one again. It is still my favorite one. I guess that means they are constantly adding new designs.)

This is the second skin I have bought for a Kindle - I think they are a great way to individualize your Kindle to your personality. This skin is easy to apply - just remove it from the sheet it comes on and lay it down on the Kindle then adjust to where you want it to permanently be; when you like where it is just smooth it down. I wasn't happy with the one side once I pushed it down and was still able to lift it carefully and slowly then reapply without any damage to the skin. It is a nice thick material, bright colors, clear images. Very nice skin. Well worth the money - I will always buy this brand for my future electronic skin needs. Shipping was fast and on time.

Love my kindle paper white, but with the addition of this skin, it's now a much more attractive device. I have one of the covers that you pop the device in, and this skin fits right on both sides and doesn't change the fit. The texture Of the skin was pleasing, not being plastic feeling at all-more of a warm matte feeling.It was not hard to install or to reposition. A couple of the other posters state that it doesn't quite fit over some of curves of the paper white and I agree, which is why this is a four star review and not five. Despite that, it is possible to press the skin onto the "dips" and achieve satisfactory results.So far (two months) it has held up well.

I've purchased this same brand of skin for my previous Kindles, and loved them. This time, after following all the instructions, the back pannel won't actually adhere to the back of the Kindle. The edges keep peeling off. Since I keep it in a case, it's not like the skin will just fall off, but still.... I was disappointed that this one didn't work like the rest. I don't know if the Kindle back is made of a different material than the last Kindle models and DecalGirl just didn't do their research before marketing the new skins, or whether they've changed the material of the skins..... Either way, the product is just not a good fit for the new generation Paperwhite.

This is so pretty but because it is so bright it is very distracting, had to take it off after a few times trying to read with it on

I'd thought that the cover would be more protective; nonetheless, I love the cover, whose bright (but not gaudy colors) make it easy to spot. i like the skin because it doesn't add weight; however, it doesn't add protection either. The skin makes the Kindle easy to slip into my purse where it takes little room--one of the features I wanted. I've made a little pocket for it so that the screen and skin are protected when the Kindle is in my purse.

I bought this skin for my Kindle Paperwhite. Taking the advice of another reviewer, I used this to protect the back of the Kindle since it's inside a nice case that apparently has a reputation for leaving rub marks. I thought it would be very difficult to apply, I usually have trouble with things like this. But it wasn't hard to do, it looks perfect. After this good experience, I bought one for my iPad 2, as well. This particular pattern is feminine and very pretty.

After having my kindle paperwhite for a while I noticed that it gets fingerprints on it very easily. I immediately started looking at skins because I have one on my kindle keyboard and love it. This was simple to put on and it fits perfectly. It looks exactly like what is pictured.

I bought a , cheaper decal and it didn't fit well, I saw this and just loved it, the owls sitting in the trees reading! I dithered for a while as I thought it was rather 'pricey' then they brought down the price and I just had to have it! Love the colours, love the images. Well worth the money to personalize your kindle....fitted perfectly, not problems putting on. Came quickly too. All in all a great buy.

Aufbringen hat gut geklappt, nur wenige Minibläschen haben sich daruntergeschlichen. Auch erneutes Ablösen und wiederaufbringen an einer Stelle ging problemlos. Natürlich muss man darauf achten, die Folie beim Abziehen nicht zu stark zu dehnen, aber ich empfand das Material eher als stabil und wenig empfindlich.Das Motiv ist allerdings leicht "verpixelt" was ich dann doch etwas schade fand... insgesamt freu ich mich aber über mein verschönertes ebook.

When buying a Kindle for my son's birthday I wanted to protect it against scratches so I also got a display cover and this decal. It is reasonably easy to apply and you have to remember that it fits perfectly so when sticking it to your Kindle really make sure you use the Kindle's edges and you'll be fine. I got a lot of compliments on its appearance, it doesn't look boring black anymore.
