The Book of 100 Dragons: A Fantasy-themed coloring book

This is a good coloring book, if you know what you're getting.This book is filled with simple drawings. They aren't without detail, but they lack super-fine detail and any trace of background. The pictures are well done, mostly European in style.This book would probably be too simple to be called an adult coloring book, and the paper quality is not the best, but it's not the worst either. It was perfect for my dragon fanatic seven year old. It has plenty to keep him busy too; 100 is really a lot of dragons to color.

Lots of pages and the dragons look nice, it just seemed more like a children’s book because the dragons weren’t very detailed like a typical adult coloring book is. I was hoping there would be more details like tons of scales and such. Still good value for the price just not what I was expecting. This is something I probably wouldn’t get for anyone older than junior high.

This product came up when searching for "adult coloring books" but the images are more childish with much larger pieces to color and aren't as detailed as other adult coloring books I've seen. Didn't know this until the product arrived since the product images do not include any images of the dragons to color.

I am pleased that the coloring book has what I wanted, however there were a few things I don't like about it. The pages aren't perforated, so I can't easily remove the pictures and frame them or give them to people I love. Some of the dragons look like cartoons and/or dinosaurs. That's not what I was looking for. I'm giving four stars though because all of the pictures are interesting. Some the pictures are even printed horizontally.

This coloring book was on a wishlist for a friend, so I had to snag it for its price. I was intensely impressed with the sheer size of it! It has more pages to color than you could imagine. The pictures are easy on details, but they are quality printed and on nice paper. The book is bound very well. I think this coloring book is just perfect for a Dragon Enthusiast who wants a variety of different dragons to color. I would certainly recommend it at this price to anyone looking to score a gift or for someone who wants one of their own!

Not nearly as ornate as I was hoping. :( I’m sure my son will still enjoy it but it won’t challenge him as much as the detailed coloring books.

I bought this for a thirteen year old dragon lover. She was thrilled! The designs are various and range from simple to fairly complex. I think even adults who like to color would also like this book.

We got this book for our son for Christmas. It’s really great book for beginners and younger draw and color or’s. They are simple pictures and easy to color. And overall we really liked all of the dragons. They are varied from simple to complex in design.

I love to color in to pass the time and I bought some books to do just that but not many had Dragons in them so started to look for a book with just Dragons in it found this one of the many Dragons books I looked at this one was the best of all of them many great pictures of the Dragons will keep me busy for quite sometime. I also bought the level 2 book will write a review on that one as well.

While this colouring book has a lot of pictures to colour they are extremely basic and have no foregrounds or backgrounds and pictures only fill a quarter of the page so unless you want to draw your own diorama and also add detail to the dragons STAY CLEAR AWAY!!!Wouldn't recommend at all save your money and buy Dragon Life I & II by Nathaniel Wake both far superior to this book.

I bought this as a gift for a dragon-mad 7 yr old. It is perfect for him. Good features: pictures are on one side only, not too much intricate detail, no blacking out of large areas, dragons look great and there is a lot of variety, and it is a big book with lots to colour!

Good images for colouring, best for pencils or crayons, felt tips pens bleed through, best way to stop this is to put a piece of card under the image you are colouring.
