I find the hydraulic jack to be highly effective, and I’ve noticed that it lifts vehicles with ease. I appreciate its solid build quality, user-friendly design, and strong lifting capacity—especially when raising my car high enough to remove the tires. Its ability to operate without electricity is a major advantage, and overall, I consider it a great value for the price. The jack feels sturdy and reliable in use.

Needed a floor jack when my current hydraulic jack would not lift due to all the seals being shot. Decided to go with the 5-ton Amazon Choice offered at a great price to use in the garage and be carried in my vehicle for the possible emergency. I have used the vehicle manufacturer supplied jack and tools on many occasions in and around the "clean" streets of a major southeast Texas city and they can be a pain and possible dangerous to use. This vehicle battery electric unit comes in a sturdy case that is used for storage and to signal a vehicle breakdown with the reflective triangle on the outside! I appreciated the direct connect supplied wiring to the battery for the jack to function in addition to the several 12 Volt plugs inside the passenger compartment. I have tested the unit in my garage, and it functions steadily and lifts the vehicle easily, but I have not tested the impact wrench. If it works as good as the jack unit, it should be good to go!! Would recommend having the lug nuts torque checked after getting you and your vehicle to a safer location.

The cigarette lighter adapter doesn’t work when plugged in its designated spot. Power cord will only work when connected directly to the car battery. Other than that wrench works but doesn’t have a real control over the amount of power given that can feel like stripping the nuts. The device itself once plugged directly to battery works and is a back saver. Was able to lift my 2019 Camry XSE with ease and within 40 seconds. It kept it up as I changed out the brake pads. Product feels sturdy and has enough weight that you can feel at ease with it lifting the car up. Today is first day and time using and so far so good.

JUNK. Do not trust it! Failed me at the worst time. I thought this product would save me time and energy should I ever need to fix a flat. Since purchasing it 7 months ago, I've gotten a flat tire *twice* (bad luck & bad roads). The first time, this electric jack didn't lift the car far enough off the ground to get the tire off. I had to use the old-fashioned hand crank jack that was fortunately still in my trunk. I assumed I'd made a user error, and gave the product the benefit of the doubt. I re-read the instructions and watched online tutorials and felt sure if ever I needed to use it again, it would work. Today I got another flat. I used the electric jack exactly as instructed. It did not not lift the car (highlander) far enough to do anything useful. So I used my hand crank again. I then tried to use the tool in this kit that supposedly takes the lugnuts off - it does not work either! It turned on, and nearly stripped my lugnuts, but didn't move them an inch. I had to use my old wrench for that after all. All in all, this product is a total rip off, and for your safety I highly recommend you never rely on it (or give it to anyone to rely on) ever. I'm just lucky I was close to home and still had my old tools each time my tire went flat. Not everyone who falls for this imposter will be so lucky.

This is my first electric jack and I am absolutely blown away! It is lightweight, easy to use and very precise when alignment is necessary. This jack is great for tire swaps, lifting the vehicle high enough to place jack stands underneath, and as a supplemental jack when necessary (suspension work). 1. Function- A - With the flip of a switch you can easily raise and lower your vehicle. 2. Size- A - This takes up very little space and can be stored in your vehicle. 3. Ease of use- A - Just plug into the 12V "cigarette lighter" plug and go. You may want to turn your vehicle on to ensure the battery does not get drained. 4. Recommended accessory for home use- "AC to DC Converter 110V to 12V 10A 120W Power Supply Car Cigarette Lighter Adapter to Wall Plug". This will let you use a home power outlet instead of relying on the vehicle to supply power.
