Is the ram expandable or swappable? if so how much ram can it take? and is there at least one more nvme bay for expandable storage?

Yes there are a total of 3 nvme bays and the ram is configured out of the box with 3200mhz ram. It’s a very easy process to upgrade these things and in my opinion the ram is perfectly fine unless you’re looking to upgrade to 32g-64g

Is the operating system stored on the 1tb ssd listed in the description? If it is, wouldn't filling up the ssd with games slow the computer down?

Yes and no. It depends on how much you are putting on this m.2. You can comfortably fill it more then half with games with no issues. If you have more than 1TB of games I suggest you get yourself another M.2 as it can fit 2 additional.

Do the display supports Gsync?

I am pretty confident it does support Gsync on external displays though, but I don't know yet of through the HDMI port or if you will have to get a dongle from USB type C to display port.
