I Feel Duped

This is the description for this item:Description is for a Fallout plush:-Gaming Heads is proud to present the mascot of the Fallout® series, Vault Boy 111 Arms Crossed plush!.-Featuring high quality cloth materials, a cute design and Vault Boy's iconic arms crossed pose.-Approx. 12in.-Note: Special Return Policy applies on this product.Also has info listed regarding the figurines halfway down the page.I have tried very hard to get a refund for my $180 for 1 Simpsons figure(supposed to be a box of 20....), but have had no success at all.The figure is well made and nice...it would be nice to have the 20 I paid for though, or some kind of help refunding my $ or getting the other 19 figures to me.
