Bought for granddaughter & she loved it but it was speaking Chinese not English lol

It speaks German
I bought this product thinking it was an English speaking toy. There was no warning that it was a German speaking toy and I didnt expect it to be as was buying from Amazon based in the UK. When it arrived we discovered it was German which was disappointing as it was a birthday present. I applied for a refund, this was free but quite a faff as it has to be returned via UPS to Germany so is going to take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. It only took 2 days to arrive so not sure where it was sent from. I'm really not impressed with this and still havent had my refund and have been waiting longer than expected.

Speaks in German, not English.
Unless your child is happily conversant in German I'd avoid this like currywurst on cereal. Looks great, flashes but nein danke. The seller really should make this clear. Also, Amazon make you return this to their distribution hub in Slovakia at your cost but may not refund you the cost of the return if the return isn't their fault (for example where the toy speaks German, not a fault so no free returns here). For those who might be wondering - the cost of tracked return to Slovakia from UK is greater than the cost of the toy. In the words of this lovable bundle of joy - meide dieses produkt.

Very disappointed as the toy is in German!!! There is no indication of this in the description! I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d have known!This is a birthday present for my little girl and when it first arrived I didn’t take much notice as I was eager to get it hidden, doesn’t leave me much time to try and source another one...

Arrived speedily, open box....sad face.It was not made clear that this is the German version of this Mattel toy. Now I have to return it to Germany. Carbon footprint in matters.Poorly played Amazon. Just make it clear and then we know whether to order or not.

Toy "speaks" only in German
This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter - regrettably the toy only "speaks" in German which is pretty useless for her. I would have thought that when a toy is sold on the UK market by amazon it should be suitable to be "heard" in our customary language.

Parla in tedesco
Il giocattolo è molto bello, ma parla in tedesco. Avendolo acquistato su Amazon Italia ho dato per scontato che interagisse in lingua italiana, non ho fatto caso alle immagini della scatola con le scritte in tedesco. Era il regalo di compleanno di mia figlia, che è rimasta molto delusa. Peccato perché è veramente molto carino.

Enkelin war begeistert
Reiht sich in die vielen anderen sprechenden "Tiere" gut ein. Durch die vielen Blink- Lämpchen und das niedlich Äußere, hat sie (6Jahte) es gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Alle Funktionen haben wir noch nicht ausprobiert, zum Geburtstag war zu viel los.
