I’ve been taking these for while with no problems and far as stomach discomfort. They are capsule form and easy to swallow. Good value for good ingredients.

Recently had weight loss surgery that requires me to take a MULTITUDE of various vitamins and supplements. I get blood labs taken every 3 months or so and my vitamin levels have been nearly PERFECT since adding this to my daily regimen. Easy to swallow and fits perfectly in my pill containers.

I LOVE this AMEN zinc & copper supplements i read zinc and copper is excellent for hair growth this is the reason why i bought it, it has help my hair get a great outer improvement, and IN ALL HONESTY, I had NOOOOO nausea, no inner irritations, I love this AMEN ZINC AND COPPER, ITS A TRUE HONEST "AMEN" TO THAT !!!!

This is one of the best versions of a Zinc/Copper supplement out there, but I really wish the zinc amount was slightly lower (40mg area). If this was slightly lower, I would 100% recommend it as a daily supplement. But since it’s so high, I’d say maybe only buy this to start your Zinc supplement journey to kick off your benefits and then drop down to a 30mg/2mg to continue. They smell a little bit, but don’t cause taste or burping issues. As long as you’re taking it with some liquid, they are easy to swallow small (thin) capsules.

We need copper and zinc. The combination makes it so you can process d2/d3 more efficiently. Among other things.

I have taken this for over a year. Last fall I think something changed. This has given me an upset stomach no matter what I eat prior to taking or water drank. I am going to try a different brand.
