Great tray
The tray is perforated to allow steam to escape from your dough during the baking process, allowing for great baguettes to be baked at home. The supplied scalpel however you might as well toss in the bin. Exceptionally poor quality and rusts quickly! One star off because of this. Otherwise as stated, a great baking tray.

i bought this because it had a bread lame with it, but my knives are actually sharper and this just drags through the bread and doesnt cut it at all
