I have finally used most of the jar. I can say I do see a change! It does work best if you wrap plastic wrap around you with this product. But also works just fine with a waist trainer on. If I do not do anything other than putting the cream on and no wraps it doesn't feel like its working, but it has to be because like I said I have noticed a difference. Just works a little better with the wraps on in my opinion. Overall its a great product! I recommended it to my mom and it is actually helping with her diverticulitis issues. She puts it on every morning while getting ready for work. Really great product!

I've been using this product for 3 months now. I use it on my stomach with a waist trainer while I run. It definitely heats up, I've used it during the hottest days this summer but the intensity of the heat didn't bother me too much. My stomach gets sweaty as hell, which is fine by me. I've definitely trimmed down the inches on my stomach and will continue to use this product.

Not a bad item but I wouldn't suggest putting on a wrap. I've used others that got warm and even hot but I decided to try putting this on and wrapping my abdomen. It got so hot that it burned me really bad. I had to jump in the shower and put cool water to relieve the pain. For me, this gets way too hot to use with a wrap.

I love this product! This gets hot honey, so becareful! Lol. The first time I used it i worked out in it. My back and tummy was soaked!! So It definitely works!! Can u take the heat though?? lol. I use it even before I got to bed when I get out the shower. Its a great body soother as well....I will buy again!

SIL loved this and said it got hot for her. I felt no heat at all and even used a heating pad. I think it depends on skin type as to whether it works. The consistency was very nice and spread easily. Think my expectations might have been too high as to it's heating powers but it is a nice cream to massage into sore areas.

I use this for body wraps on my clients and it works great you really get the burn the amount of product you get is amazing for the price would definitely recommend

I was looking for a hot cream for sore, overworked muscle relief when my favorite cream became unavailable. This is NOT a good replacement! ZERO HEAT! The cream had a significant amount of mint/menthol/eucalyptus type ingredients, so I was worried that it might be a cooling product...but that wasn't the case either. I got a slightly cool feel after application that lasted maybe a half hour and nothing more. No icing, no heat, no pain relief. I have used peppermint essential oil that has provided deep cooling tissue relief, but I couldn't tell there was a drop of peppermint in this. Less cooling than eating mint chocolates...if that gives you a better analogy. I wouldn't recommend at all. Not buying again and wish I could return it.

Love it for muscle soreness as well as fat burner. I am using this cream in two cases: after workout when the muscles are sore (especially pain in the lower back) and with my sauna neoprene shorts to break down that stubborn belly fat. It helps my back as other creams would but I feel like this one lasts longer. The results from the use with neoprene shorts are visible in just one months. Yes, I understand that most is water loss but hey, that's inches too! Fat cells break down upon close examination is noticeable too. Already recommended it to some of my friends.
