When I got a delivery, the size was wrong. Immediately I contacted the supplier, they sent me a different size within a few days at no extra charge. The replacement is perfect - thank you for such a brilliant service.

Bought these several times and have saved my kids phonos more times than I think they would like to admit.

Screen protector is not wide enough to cover the working part of the screen, I have a 1mm gap at each side of the screen so the protector is only covering part of the screen and not all of it

Generally I have no complaints about the product - The screen protectors did feel very sturdy and everything for installing was very easy to understand... But for the love of god do NOT trust the guide stickers when installing! They're not sticky enough to hold the screen protector and I wasted one just because the stickers came off while I was still trying to align it and it fell off, got all dusty on the back side and I couldn't use it. It'd be better if it came with a plastic guide frame like with others I've used. Second try was a bit more successful but still not aligned properly. We'll see how these work in action but the install was still fiddly and annoying for that reason.Edit: The bottom of the screen protector does NOT stay on and now t here's a really long bubble forming at the bottom of my screen. Will skip on these next time.
