DRIONO Wide Brim Sun Hat – Multifunctional UPF 50 Protection Bucket Fishing Hat Cap

This is a great cap. Comfortable, wide brim, covers my face and neck. It stays in place on my head. (Note, I mention this because I purchased a different vendor's cap and it was always moving down towards my face making it hard to see.)

Love this hat. It gives great neck coverage, and I love the color. I have another just like this in another color. So breathable, and the quality is great. My other hat like this has lasted me a few years, good value for the money.

This hat has so many good features. I love that you can unzip the top part of the hat, that it has a large cover for the back of the neck and another for the front . . . (Just read product description) The hat’s extended wide brim is great! I have the beginning of macular degeneration and bright sunlight hurts my eyes. So this brim is a big plus. The brim also shades my face—another plus. The hat lays flat when not using and I place it in the original zip bag it came in and keep it in my car—very handy. What I didn’t like is that the cover for the back of the neck does not keep my neck cool, especially in temps in the 90’s. And forget the hat strap—it doesn’t stay in place. I had to use other hooks to keep it securely attached to the hat. I bought the hat because I have skin cancer on my face and I am overall happy with the product. I haven’t washed it, so I can’t judge its washability but it does keep the rest of my head cool. Plus, I have had many compliments from friends.

I use this everyday to protect my face from getting more sunspots and I love the functionality that you get with being able to detach the face and neck cover. With the face cover, it is breathable and the length of the covers for both the front and neck is pretty good. Love that I can fold this hat up and put in my work bag. Thinking about getting another one to put in my other car.

This is my current favourite sun hat. It looks goofy... fully covers my face from cheekbones down, as well as neck, all of head. But it does what it is supposed to-- great sun protection! I'd like one in dark green. Have most other colours and, due to some need for extreme caution owing to past work-related sun exposure, I wear these most of the time when I'm outside. It is what it is; if you need to protect your skin against sun burn, topical sun screen won't protect you as many hours as the day is long. This does.

I bought this hat to wear while I'm driving, It is hard to attach the front face part so I just tried back part only. The buttons looks fragile so I'm already concerned about it. And I hope the back covers covers the side part too but it doesn't. I'm not sure it will protect my skin from sun as it claimed. But the hat itself is light-weight. I should try to look for other hats that's more easy to wear and take off and give better protection...

This hat is literally everything. It protects against heat, UV damage, and wind! It does not protect against looking ridiculous or being called a beekeeper. Why I bought this hat: The sun and I have a love-hate relationship. The sun wants to kill me and I want to play outside without facing the consequences of skin damage and expedited aging. I wear mineral sunblock all the time, even early in the AM and late PM. I still burn because I am very fair, it sweats or rubs off, and I can't seem to reapply often enough. I wanted a way to not burn and enjoy the sunny outdoors. And sometimes, I just don't want to wear sunblock because I want to keep my skin clean. This hat was the answer to all my problems. How I know this hat is awesome: I wore this hat to the lake. It was a hot day and I was in the sun and on the water noon to nightfall. Not only did this hat protect me from the sun, but also the heat, wind, and sand. It even kept me cool after I fell in the water. Pleasant surprises: It drys fast after it gets wet. It is so light weight, it keeps you cool and you barely notice it. The face flap is long enough to protect the neck and upper chest. The flap is very breathable. It has an opening for airflow, so it's not like wearing a mask. It remains breathable when wet. You can see through the flap very well, even with sunglasses, and it sits comfortably on the face. Bonus surprise for women: It comes with an attached elastic band to hold your hair in case you don't have a hair band! How considerate is that?! I feel so seen! Complaints: It looks cute on the model, but absurd on me.

Sadly this product arrived with many problems. The chin strap clasp was broken, one side of the face-cover did not snap in, and another button fell off when I touched it. Very disappointing.

I have been using the DRIONO Wide Brim Sun Hat when I do my regular walk, even garden work. I like how light it feels and really blocks out the sun.

Full coverage, i dont wear with the face shield as its more than enough coverag for me with sunscreen on, but great to have if i ever wanted to. All the features and functionality when i look for a hat. The most full coverage one ive seen yet(even just the hat part)! I got grey and navy blue, i love the grey and i ordered a purple/lavender one just now from amazon.com. Only thing is if i get a few funny looks cuz i look like a girl with a bonnet lmao, but idc, id rather not have sun damage even tho its the social norm. I was the only one that didnt get my face burnt during all our summer lake trips so far this year out of my family and friends because of this hat!

Bought this for my mom since she has a severe UV allergy. It's sturdy, good quality and covers the back of her neck without any discomfort or excessive heat. It fits securely on her head and she's much happier when going outdoors.
