PROtastic Interactive slow feeding bowl/toy - canine enrichment, give your dog the mental stimulation they require

I bought this for our litter of bull terrier puppies but tried it out on all our dogs. Collie made light work of it: gentle like someone playing a quick game of chess. Bedlington: cannot use, just stares at it (think she's just thick). Bull terriers: realised they could just pick it up, turn it upside down and shake it to get treats out!! Now that one we kept is a bit older he's mastered opening the trap doors, but as soon as he's completed the puzzle (20 seconds), he tries to snap the trap doors off with his teeth... so be prepared to take it off your dog the minute they've completed it, if they're an enthusiastic dog. The plastic base is flimsier than we realised. One of our dogs snapped a shard of it off so we have to keep an eye no one tries to eat more pieces of it. When washing, water (and left over bits of treats), get caught in the gaps so you have to really check you've washing properly and no rotting food is caught inside. Takes a day to dry out fully.
