2L 99.5% Pure Acetone Nail Polish remover UV/LED Varnish

Firstly, I didn't use this as nail varnish remover, which I'm sure it would be fantastic for, and secondly, it's slightly stronger than the strength advertised. 99.8% not 99.5%. I'm sure that makes the world of difference. I used it to remove many coats of paint from many years of decorating/over painting from hinges, door handles, all the screws that are used on interior doors, the latch ends and strike plates. Using this combined, after leaving it to work properly overnight, with a decent wire brush and some carburettor cleaning spray, made such a brain numbingly time consuming job, an easier, simple and quick job. And no damaged done to some plastic latches/strike plates I soaked too.Oh, the acetone is also great for clearing nasal congestion and hayfever symptoms whilst using it, but I highly recommend that you don't do that on a regular basis.

I bought these as I lifted some vinyl bathroom floor tiles and was left with a nasty black sticky residue. It worked well but make sure you wear a mask and open windows. It took two applications in some areas but did work well. I found the best way to use it was to pour over a small area, leave it a minute then rub off with an old towel, I tried kitchen roll to start but it wasn't strong enough, an old towel worked well.

You have to soak your gel nails for a long time before they get soft but ok as long as you have the time and then don’t mind also using a nail file

Removed gel polish pretty well after a long soak. Probably won’t go back to the salon for a soak off again (unless I’m in a rush). Worth the money

I bought this because the liquid that came with the gel nail machine I bought was terrible. This is great, lifts the polish off quickly and with little abrasive techniques needed
