Delicious and nutritious

I've been taking Japanese 7 mushroom complex for some time now and being the wrong end of 50, I'm definitely feeling their benefits as publicised. Usually I buy a different, slightly more expensive brand, so thought I'd try these, and they seem to work just as well. However, when I started taking them I thought that my dishwasher tablets were leaving as trong perfumed taste on the mug, but I've now realised that it's the capsule that contains the mushroom powder that has a very perfumed taste. It doesn't last and soon dissipates once swallowed, but it's a bit off putting. I also think that the capsules are giving me a bit of acid reflux and a slightly upset stomach. I will continue with these for now, but will definitely be going back to my usual brand when these are finished, or possibly sooner.

I just love the effect it gives me every day. I feel like a better version of myself - grounded and energised. And I stopped getting sick that often
