Despite the current title (Amazon may have fixed it), this is NOT magnesium oxide; far from it. It is magnesium bisglycinate (Albion) in a vegan capsule. As another (positive) review stated, this (or equivalent) is what you need if you are short of magnesium (as opposed to wanting a laxative effect or something else). Also, this is 100 mg (not 200 mg as stated by Bluebonnet; they should never state the potency of the serving size). In fact, LPI says you should not exceed 300 mg or so of supplemental magnesium, and I use only 1 capsule daily. I do get craving for popcorn and peanuts (both high in magnesium), but not so much since I started supplementing with this chelate.

200mg, Magnesium Oxide, Stress Relief, Vegan caps Magnesium. I take these for leg cramps that were waking me up at night, and I could hardly get out of bed and stand up, my legs were in such pain. I would be in tears and couldn't go back to sleep. Now I don't have any more pain in my legs. I will continue to use the chelated kind and buy from this seller. Also, I've had a stroke and the soft capsules are easier for me to swallow then hard pills. Thank you for a great product !!!! Also, the price was a win win for me.

Firstly, I had no problem swallowing these pills but they are a bit large. Secondly, the serving size is two tablets so if you plan on 200 mg a day, you're going to need to take two pills.

I have taken this before and this time ordered a larger size. This is the best form of magnesium and the Albion chelated are the best there is. The glass bottle was in bubble wrap in a small box, which was inside a larger box. Very happy about the good packing.

I personally don't feel as though this product did anything for me. That doesn't mean that it won't work for someone else. I was told to buy this to help with bathroom issues, and sleeping. I took it as directed and I still have all the issues I've had. I will not buy again.
